We organize builder markets by practical travel radius, not just “nearest major city”.

• Major markets: “San Antonio Area” includes surrounding towns (Boerne, Seguin, Elmendorf, Von Ormy, etc.).
• Independent markets: towns far from major cities (Hondo Area, Fredericksburg Area) still work with ZIP + miles.
• Goal: prevent a San Antonio sales consultant from getting Dallas leads and vice versa.
